Mortgage Advisor
native English & fluent French essential, based in Paris, dynamic environment
Are you experienced in personal finance, a strong communicator and extremely well organized? If so, this position could be for you :
France Home Finance is a rapidly growing financial services brokerage run by former bankers, specialised in finding the best mortgages for non residents and expatriates buying real estate in France.
Your mission:
- To be an integral part of this small dynamic team. After having mastered our product offering, you will be responsible to provide mortgage advice and to complete the sales for a portfolio of our Irish, British, American and Global clientele.
- Your customer relations and negotiation skills will be tested and developed by interacting with clients, bankers, notaires and sales partners.
- In parallel, we will count on your valuable input to develop and improve our business processes and to solicit new partnerships and marketing opportunities.
Your competencies:
- Superior education: bachelor's degree,
Bac +4/5, business school, Master,
DESS.
- Native English (or have lived for
an extended time in an Anglophone
country), Fluent French.
- Profound understanding of financial
concepts, ability to explain products
and mortgage contracts to clients.
- Excellent with people, able to connect with clients, strong sense of customer service.
- Extremely well organised, able to
set priorities, master details of
numerous products and manage multiple
tasks and projects at the same time.
- Fully operational in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to conduct Internet research
- Entrepreneurial spirit, passion
for building a young company and achieving
success.
- Financial sales experience or in depth knowledge of mortgages preferred.
- Responsibilities and remuneration
based on relevant experience.
- For non Europeans, you must
possess a French work permit.
